Lake Zerenda is of tectonic origin. The bottom of the lake is flat, sandy, sometimes covered with pebbles and individual boulders. The length of the lake is seven kilometers, the depth is six meters. The water in the lake is fresh, transparent, in summer the water temperature reaches 24 degrees.
