Foreign citizens can enter and leave Kazakhstan using valid foreign passports (or documents replacing them) with visas of the Republic of Kazakhstan unless another procedure is established by agreement with the relevant country or the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Articles 22 and 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Legal Status of Foreigners”).
